Lord of the Wild Hunt

That of the Wild Hunt is an ancient myth in northern and western Europe.A mighty faerie hunter (in some cases identified with Wotan/Odin in the northern countries) leading a hunt,riding across the skies in autumn and winter,when the winds blow fiercest.

This set includes a Lord of the Wild Hunt snowman, 4 Mt tall, complete with richly textured pine boughs for hair, ram horns, a mistletoe-entwined hunting spear and blowing on a twisted horn. Completing the hunt,two different wooden reindeer,represented in the act of running,their wooden horns entwined in pine greenery.
