the building is not modifiable as mentioned but if you need any requests please IM me.
the doors and windows are not linked to the building itself so that they would open and close without messing up the house. so, please make sure to select them too before you start editing.
HOW:
right click on the building > edit > hold shift > select the doors and windows with the left click > move/rotate .. etc.
