The Lovely Pink Victorian is a beautiful small house that is surprisingly roomy inside. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a back balcony. Downstairs has a front foyer with a majestic circular staircase, study, living room, kitchen and a front and back porch. There are touch activated windows throughout, fireplace, candle lit chandelier and porch lights all touch activated as well. Paskis doors and keyserver included of course and teleporters.
Total prims including sculpted fireplace, sculpted porch lights, sculpted chandelier, and 4 area rugs are 233. These can all be removed to eliminate prims if necessary.
Footprint is approximately 22x22

House is copy modify but scripts are no modify
