This loft was made to be on low prims and high on design while keeping it usable for anyone using any size parcel. Maximum floor spaces are on bi-levels so you may decorate as you please. The lowest floor provides covered parking for up to three vehicles and possibly four for a tight fit. The loft is easy to set up and spread across a sim while minimizing land impact of prim use. The land impact on this build is 14 prims. Features the loft has are hassle free privacy windows and a lockable door. The loft was made using custom made textures for the most realistic appearance as possible.

Very cute and good space
I like this space! It has a kind of groovy artist loft feel. Fits on my tiny lot with room to spare. My only problem is the door didn't open right even when I rezzed per direction. Even so, I like it a lot. No regrets.

Very nice little building for the money, 14 prims. If you're looking for something with low LI and have to budget prims on an RP sim you're renting space on this is a good way to do it.
