IMPORTANT: This is a mesh building, Shadings and textures are baked in the material, you can modify it with your own textures but this will be causing to loose all shading effects. We dont sell or give so called "bakemaps" at any time.
Unlinking objects may result in higher Land Impact and doorways or physics to malfunction ( always make sure to have a original copy in your inventory when starting editing)

Why... because well since this is such a cute shop - and very detailed there's only a single problem. You can't modify the walls on the skybox... my modifying I mean, Unlinking and expaning the shop to make more room. I wish this was the case and you were able to but unfortunately you can't. However this is a great beginner store - so please if you don't know how to modify things, please do not hesitate to purchase because this is an amazing prize, and the detail is so real and even though you have little space to work with - it's great to start small then go bigger! If you have a big store when you start, you'll get overwhelmed and won't know where to start with all the space! (I've done this) I wanted to downgrade to something smaller.. and modify as I needed!
So please, if you're looking for something this is the store you want! it's cozy too!
