Collars come in two varieties: one is scripted with OpenCollar scripts, the other is without OC scripts. Just click the bottom shamrock to access the OC menu. Click the center medallion on the collars to access the resize menus.
All items are copy only (no mod as the resize scripts allow for easy fitting).
