Lag indicator shows three states, one for high lag conditions, one for medium lag and one for low lag. Lag is indicated by showing different colors on the HUD and uses two factors: region frames per second and region time dilation. If either factor is in the range associated with the defined lag level for high or medium lag then the HUD is set to show that level. Using sim ping also would be better, but that factor isn't available to LSL scripts. The lag indication can be toggled on and off.

nice little gadget
Works as expected.
Still going strong!
In 2017, this brilliant thing is still faithfully doing its job. Perhaps you can get some expensive thingie that is better, but I don't know, I haven't checked - since both my main and my alts have been happy with this for years.
get it and say thanks!
Well isn't this a gem!
Absolutely a quality product, and an honor seller offers it for free.
It catches avis the three others I tested did not catch on their lists.
and I paid for those radars lol.
For the price and the top-rate options and reliability this is 10 stars, with many thanks!
Comparable to some others though, this is script size 256kb -- but gosh, it was doing loads more (and reliably!) than the others too. So if ya want something to do more, ya gotta expect to use more gasoline. I consider script count, but I will consider this a minimal from now on.
So many bells and whistles on this you will be amazed. To get link in public chat to an avatar's profile, click the (((*))) radar image > select [MAP] > click the avis name > look in chat. Woohoo!
This is all you will ever need.
Great. Cant believe its free
To me a radar isn't a radar unless it shows the direction as well as distance of avatars. This does that and much more. Its the best free radar i've ever found and is on a par with radar I've hundreds of Lindens for. Great work Lyn and thank you so much
Marvelous!
This is some kind of hidden gem on the MP. I've been searching for a radar that announces to chat and doesn't "autogreet" or play some kind of obnoxious noise, for ages. The viewer I use doesn't have chat range announcement, so I needed a gadget to do it for me so I can greet people when I DJ. This does the job perfectly, has some other nifty bells and whistles, and is free, without any spam in local. Just what I needed. Thank you so much Lyn!
