This Building is a multipurpose vintage brick and concrete building, for roleplay purposes, could be use for Vintage Factory, Victorian, Club, Old masonry, Barn, Warehouse, artists gallery, house, main store, courthouse, bank, city hall, asylum, prison, etc.

-High quality custom mesh

-We offer it in three versions,
A basic Build that costs 57 Land Impacts
An enhanced version with mezzanine, in both sides 76 Land Impacts
A full version as our demo, that contains mezzanine, 6 lights, a stage , plus 7 outdoor signs as a gift and costs 87 Land Impacts

-The Footprint is approx. 37 x 28.5

The lamps are on-off scripted and the doors use Kool Door system.

-It is COPY-MOD-NO TRANSFER, except of the scrips , that dont permit modification.
