It is a vintage building, for decoration purposes

-High quality custom mesh and detailed texturing

-The lamps with the pole Cost 1 Land Impact
The rounded seat 1 Land Impact too

-The rounded seat, contains one female and one male stool animation pose, via menu

-The lights are operational. You can configure the lights parameters via configuration notecard

-It is COPY-MOD-NO TRANSFER, except of the scripts, that don’t permit modification.
