This RAW file can only be used on an Island sim and this does include islands such as an Open Sim aka Low Prim Sim. It will NOT work on mainland! You must be the estate owner ('The' sim owner, not renter) to upload the raw file. Some owners may allow such rights to renters of a sim but if not, you will need to seek the assistance of the estate owner to get it uploaded. The raw file is a 'whole sim' application and not for parcels of land within the sim.
The island Raw file can only be sent to you via email.
After buying from here you will receive a box with a notecards inside via SL please open it... fill it out and send it to Marley Blogfan via SL. Once recieved, the RAW file will be sent to your email address within 1 or 2 days.
