Why just taking 1 building with a LI of 90, when you can have 8 different ones for the the same amount on a 80 meter long Japan based scenery? Because it doesn't exist? Well, it does NOW!
This is the fourth part of this scenery. All parts come on a 7 x 10 m foot print on a side walk. You can put them together to build up a street.
Here you find an old Japanese shop with typical details as like vending machine and advertisements. Like all buildings it has COPY + MODIFY permissions and a LI of just 13. It is usable as a back drop but the ground floor is open and can be used as a shop! The doors open on click!
