The house comes with a LI of just 55 (+ 7 if you use the property arround) and has a footprint after rezzing of 20x10m (27x20m with property). Everything is held in beautiful textures and typical Japanese architecture and colours.

The latest Japanese piece of the M^2 collection is an old house with loads of wood work, sliding doors (outdoor and indoor) and enough space to live in.
Everything with fine details.
It comes in Japanese style and has COPY + MODIFY. So you can customized it to your needs (including of course the textures!).
The building has an initial foot print of 13 x 17 m and a LI of just 48. (+ 5 LI if you use the optional lanterns, which hang outside of the building)
There are 3 entrances with sliding doors and a room separated by further sliding doors.
