It comes with a land impact of 16 and its initial foot print is 32 x 15 m. Since it is COPY + MODIFY you can adjust it to your needs. It is boxed in a modern rez box.

Amazing product & amazing customer service
I was looking for something a bit more open and less constrained than traditional floor plans. I found this little gem. I had some difficulty due to MY inexperience with rez boxes. I sent a NC with an explanation and within hours had gotten a response that fixed everything. Thank you!
