A typical Japanese promenade with Sakura trees and petals everywhere. The water is flowing, and so are the petals on it.
Usable as part of your Japanese themed land or photo backdrop.
Easily expandable. The trees are not linked to the rest. So you can customize everything to your needs. Like usually everything in fine details and textures and like usually it is COPY and MODIFY.

Great for a background.

The path is linked to the bank and benches, though. You can't make the bank higher to match the far side of an existing canal or remove it to just use the top, and the benches can't be replaced with nice sittable ones with good poses.

If you're using this for a background and don't need to actually match its height to something it is excellent. Though it is very deep, and will use a good chunk of space on your parcel, so that lowers the value as scenery if it takes a huge band of space off your available land.

If you want to interact with it and have guests sit on benches overlooking the water, or need the bank to be taller so your boat can sit in the water below it, it's useless.

It's only 100 L$, though, so not a big loss on finding out I can't use it as I had intended.
