This is a full perm texture of blue eye for the M3 Head from Utilizator.
How to apply the eye texture to the head:
1) Right click the full perm texture and choose "Copy Asset UUID".
2) Open the M3 head hud, click the Gear and click the "Add custom textures" button.
3) Insert
eyes:changethisfortheuuideyoucopied
if you're using M3 Head v1.8.5
or
eyeL:changethisfortheuuideyoucopied
and press the button to send, then insert also:
eyeR:changethisfortheuuideyoucopied
if you're using M3 Head v1.9.
4) Click the "Load custom textures" button.
- 1 full perm texture of a blue eye for M3 head

I'm not use to using the M3 Head and trying to apply textures was hard for me especially this one. Although I didn't give up and left the creator a note card for help. Replying in no time at all they had helped me and gave me suggestions with why it probably wasn't working and together we figured out the problem :D.
