To tint your eyebrows, it depends on which head you're using. For M3 Venus, use the recolor HUD from HarO. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Recolor-Brows-and-Lashes-Tint-Hud-V132-Kemono-M3-Anime-Venus/8798438 For M4 Venus, just use your M4 HUD.
