This is a lovely single story family Beach Home. It is a unique open design with all the versatility you could ask for. Modify it to suit your needs, though you may not want to change a thing!
It is amazing to see such detail with only 57 prims! This house is perfect for a 2048 and will leave plenty of prim for furnishing and decorating to the max!
Great Rental House as you can rez as many as you like! Easy set up just rez out of the box and it is all in place, just remember when you move it that the doors must be moved separately.
