On parcels where group members are allowed to rez objects
1. Your land group now can be an open group, allowing everyone to join. Lower your monthly fee and cost for group invite bot and server.
2. Without enabling Auto Return for your land, you may rely on Land Manager to watch prim usage and carry out managing task for you.

On parcels where everyone is allowed to rez
1. No need to join group to rez objects. Keep your land group as a close group and use Land Manager to perform access control.
2. Without enabling Auto Return from your land setting page, you may rely on Land Manager to watch the prims activities and carry out managing task for you.
3. With Auto Return on, you can also set a return period shorter than the time on your land settings page.

1. When you have the optional Machess Security Online (Security/Scene Remote/Scene panel 3-in-1 system), you will be able to manage prims rezzed by tenants’ guesets as well.

How to set up Land Manager Online:
*****************************
1. Rez just one Land Manager in the region. Land Manager should be on one of the pacels owned by you or your land group.

2. On group land, you must deed Land Manager to land group. It will start searching for all the parcels owned by the group in the region. You may skip this step if on a private land.

3. Grant return object permission to Land Manager and it should connect to MachessDevice.Online.

4. Touch Land Manager and follow the instructions to visit Land Manager Online page.

5. Power on the device and do not enable “Alert Messages” and “Auto Return” yet.

6. Wait about 3 mins. Refresh the page and review the list of unknown prims. Slide to “Ignore” status under the action column on any avatar name that you want the system to ignore.

If you modify your parcels layout by merging, dividing, selling, or purchasing after installing Land Manager, you must rescan parcles on the configuration page.

7. Land Manager should be fully functional by now. The system should also pick up any existing lease from rental boxes by itself.

6. Enable Alert Messages and Auto Return if needed. Make necessary adjustment on the time intervals.

7. Assume “Alert Count” is 3 and “Alert Messages” feature has bee enabled, it will do the following

a. Warn tenants 3 times during each interval when the total Li (prims) rezzed by tenants and their guests are over the limit.
b. Warn avatars 3 times if they are not recongized by the system and have rezzed item in the region.
c. Remind former tenants just ONCE to remind them to remove the objects if they do not wish to renew the lease.
e. Return unauthorized objects to their owners when predefined period is met if "Auto Return" has been enabled.
f. Return objects of former tenants and guests when predefined period is met if “Auto Return” has been enabled.
