If something looks too good to be true there is a good chance it is.
And it is...
1. "Strange bug" (yeah sure). Item is marked copy/mod/notransfer even in viewer yet - you can't mod it.
2. Mesh - is such a mess that i don't know i will describe it properly: There are 3 prims that are sets of thousands shredded polygons that all the three of these prims make "complete" mesh.

I know how: NOBODY is supposed to mod it!. It is Mod/Copy just to lure the people that want to mod their stuff. Absolute noob in blender does better job in menaging UV than this. I said "THIS" because AI is not human being! That's right: Ladies and gentlemen! This is 100% AI generated slop mistakenly called "model and texture". NOBODY at their healthy mind does such broken UV! 2K Texture yet - it looks like 256x256 legacy SL texture while on mesh.
Yep. I am sure i have been scammed. No more elaboration required. That's all.
