A wearable Mer-Ka-Ba!
This one is humanoid female!
This is three pieces, each one attaches (when you "add") to the center of your avatar. Together they create a simulated humanoid mer-ka-ba for your avatar. Well, the star tetrahedron part anyway.
The first one has "no spin" and is stationary, and is also where you can see the difference most easily in the male and female tetrahedral star orientations.
The second one has "clockwise" spin, and spins clockwise around the avatar's center.
The third one has a "counter-clockwise" spin, and spins counter-clockwise around the avatar's center.
