This is a great villa for a small plot.
Only 33 prims and without the fire place only 29 prims.
Fits on a 32x16 footprint
The villa has lockable doors and tintable windows.
The design let you fit in this house in every scenery, from beach to woods or mountains.
ALL my buildings are BOXED, COPYABLE and AUTOMATICALLY, MENU DRIVEN, UNPACKED.
If this is NOT the case, then something went wrong on delivery, just send me a NOTE and ill send you a new box.
So don't give a bad review for NOT unpacking or other UNPACKING problems with the buildings, because if Lindens screws up, its not my fault.
