Note: Some costumes include make up and come for mesh and not mesh heads. If you have a mesh head and have a feature that lets you "personalize" your make up, then you can use the texture provided.
For example: The model has a LeLutka Bento Head-SIMONE 3.0 and there is a feature in the hud that allows you to add custom make up. No "applier" for mesh heads are included in the packs. If you have a "non-mesh" head, then you can simply where the classic layer of make up.
