A cyber themed halo.
Features two rotating halos in opposite directions, neon lights, and mesh electricity effect.
The following can be customized on the HUD:
-Metal color (black, silver, gold)
-Neon light color (blue, red, white, purple, green, yellow, pink)
-Glow intensity of the lights (0, 25, 50, 75, 100%)
This item is also modify, so you can tint and change the colors of anything you wish.
