THS - WEEPING ANGELS MAUSOLEUM

The mausoleum has a classical, solemn design, built from aged gray stone. It features:

~ A triangular pediment at the top, inscribed with “REQUIESCAT IN PACE” (“Rest in Peace”), and a carved cross in relief above it.

~ Four fluted columns supporting the pediment, giving it a Greek or Roman temple-like appearance.

~ Two angel statues flanking the entrance, each standing gracefully with hands folded in front — they serve as serene guardians.

~ The doorway is recessed, shadowed, and closed by a black iron gate with vertical bars and a lock.

~ Above the gate, there’s another stone panel reading “IN MEMORIAM”, adding to the sacred, memorial tone.

~ A hanging lantern glows warmly above the entrance, with two smaller lanterns set symmetrically on the front stone steps — their light creates a gentle, amber illumination that contrasts with the mausoleum’s cold gray stone.

The mausoleum is walkable, so you can open the metal gate and go in. The gate makes a sound when opening and closing (autoclose after 10 secs).
Inside are 2 differently decorated stone coffins as well as 4 iron candelabra.

Lamps and candles can be clicked on and off.

The Mausoleum is approx. 6.1m tall
Footprint is approx 5.8m x 6.7m

The mausoleum is supplied in 2 versions:

~ THS - WEEPINGS ANGELS MAUSOLEUM - SOFT LINK M/C

As a "soft link" - The stone coffins and the iron candelabra are not linked to the mausoleum building so that you can easily use them in other decorating projects.

Please remember that making the items bigger may increase the land impact.
Changing the size of the mausoleum will also affect the gate script.

This item is best enjoyed in Advanced lighting mode (ALM)
ALM can be set in your viewer by going to PREFERENCES and then to the GRAPHICS tab.
In the GENERAL tab of graphics, under SHADERS, please check ADVANCED LIGHTING MODEL.
If you view this item at lower lighting settings then some of the texturing effects may not be visible.
