This is a new 6 item series covering buildings at the Japanese edo period.
This first building is a fine store with two levels (store area, upstairs e.g. space for living. It has a LI of 72, an initial foot print of 10x10m (like all other items have of this serious to make arranging more easy) and comes with high details and fine textures. Like all *M^2* products it comes with COPY + MODIFY permissions. So you can adjust it to your needs.
