The bracelet is NOT rigged and is given at its minimum size (meaning that it cannot be resized smaller than what it is). Modify can be done using the resize script included.
However: DO NOT RESIZE OVER 0.20%, as the linked objects might not keep shape!
Resize scripts can make objects do weird things hence be careful with them! Also, the object might appear weirdly re-assembled after resize. Give it time (sometimes it is all it takes) or click on it to have it re-rezzed properly.
