[MB3] Sci Fi Lab Station Mk1 (Boxed) Version 1

Our Civic bench was designed with your future workplace in mind. The perfect addition to your atrium, cafe, or other workplace recreational area.

The Bench has 6 single animations & 3 cuddle animations built into it. The 2 planters on either side will also bring some color to your environment. However you can easily de-link the plants and replace them with whatever decor you prefer! You can also easily tint the main color and the trimming of the bench & planters to your needs. Look at our other screenshots for some example color combinations.

With this package we have also included the [MB3] Civic Grassy Patch for free!
