This is detailed in design and in 3D texture. Corner Christmas tree patches are set on phantom to allow easy avatar mobility and do NOT have resize menus. The picket fence patio is NOT set on phantom and is completely avatar friendly. Great set for you seasonal landscaping inventory.

SUGGESTION / PATIO FLOOR MEASUREMENTS - The prime size in meter SLT measurement is X/9.81113 x Y/9.81113 x Z/0.20000. I suggest you rez your own prim and size it to see if it meets your item sizing needs.
