MC clubhouse and dance club set in idyllic pine forest. Fully functional furniture and buildings included while allowing for each MC to add their own customisation. Plenty of room to add your own activities too! Designated Rez area included.

UPDATED: The clubhouse now has FIVE offices added to the build, so you President, VP and other officers can have their own office!!

This build comes with two versions - one that allows connection to lower tracks and upper tracks, and one that allows connection to upper tracks only.

This build is half sim sized, but connects easily to your full sim tracks.

552 prims
copy/mod so you can add or take away features easily

128m x 256m footprint
64m Tall, plus small connector track if using the open base version.

FEATURES:

Chairs, stools and armchairs - all come with built in sit poses. The Stools only allow for one pose because I'm lazy and hate setting poses. The chairs around the meeting tables and the little tables in the club have a few more you can choose from.

Fireplace - The fireplace in both the club room and the club has seating for two. It has single poses and couples, including a built in dance if desired. Simply sit on the fireplace and follow the menu.

I have included the flagpoles as a courtesy. Simply click on the flag section and add the textures of the clubs you wish to add.

I have left a lot of free space for things like MC teleporters, info boards and the like. There's also a lot of areas I've just filled with simple pines that you can move or delete and put out things like bull rides or anything else that takes your fancy.

Click the 'See Inworld' button below to visit our Inworld Store to view our tracks. Use the teleporter board to TP to the track of your choice. Due to the sheer volume of our stock we are unfortunately unable to have all of our tracks on display, however if the track you wish to see is not currently on display, please contact our CSR Terek Collins and he will be happy to rez it out for you.
