Attic can be accessed via trap door on ceiling of second floor. Touch the door and it will take you into the attic. Touch door inside attic to return to 2nd floor
Walls can easily be tinted per room via Hud.

Each room inside of the house the walls can be tinted to color of your choosing using a simple hud included. You can save your favorite colors on the left side of the hud by clicking one of the arrows to save to that button.
**NOTE**
If you are planning on setting multiple houses down on the same land and want them each customized differently you will need to do so this way....
Drop 1 house, customize it the way you want it. (Maybe re-name it something different). Then take that house back into your inventory.
Drop a copy of another house, customize it how you want it (again rename it something different). Take it back into your inventory.
Continue to do this for the number of houses you want to have out. When you have finished, you can then drop each house you have taken and renamed back out onto your land and the customized settings you did will remain on each house.
*If you have multiple houses out at the same time and use the hud/s it will change all of the houses at the same time to the same texture*
