Catalan Republic Square - Old town, is a project builded between 2019 and 2022 by Moragues Bardasch and Montserrat Naidoo. This amazing square is build with prim and converted to convex hull to save LI. some parts of this square is a Mesh (wall, fence of patio and some interior doors).
This is a full version of Catalan Republic Square — Old town. With trees and gardening on square, plus outside a kid's park also have a park surrounding the square. You can decorate interior of each house at you like. If you put this square on land level you need to fix ground base after reezing.
SPECIFICATIONS
The square consists of thirty-seven paired houses, with a different design for each one of them. The plant of these houses is divided between designs of different spaces, like the real houses. Some have a shop on street plant floor, and another houses are only living space for a family (the placement of the stair varies between many options). Some of them include additional windows on the floor wall of the street level. Also, some houses have an interior patio with garden.
All the houses have living space, between two and three floors plus the roof or attic, since the design scrupulously follows the actual sizes of the houses it may happen that if your avatar measures more than 1.90 you will not be able to access the upper floors by stairs. We recommended you reduce your size.
Doors and windows are scripted, the sound for open & closed door is different for interior door.
**Remember: Due to the size of this square, we recommend your putting it on 1/2 Sim or a full Sim.

DECORATION
The singularity of this square is each house is different from another one. Interior space of each house respect the original size of real house. Decorate the house how you like, you can create a harmonious space with old or modern furniture.
