From you inventory right click on MCD Boxie and choose add, it will attach to your right foot.
From you inventory right click on MCD Boxie Hud and choose add.
Generally Boxie should sit slightly behind you and to the right, if it seems out of place or you would like to to sit somewhere else simply move it to the desired location in edit mode, then click the HUD and choose "Start Pos" from the menu, this will then store the new location.
What is Boxie?
Boxie is a box, most things in SL start as a box, Boxie starts and ends with a box!
Boxie's are harmless unless provoked.
Click on your Boxie Hud and choose "Find Battle", this will search for other nearby Boxie's (must be within 20m) and allow you to fight to the death!
Simply choose your opponent from the popup menu, assuming one is nearby and an invitation will be sent to the player to ask them if they would like a duel.
If accepted battle will commence.
You will take turns to perform an attack, you have 60 seconds to choose or the game will end for both players.
When the menu pops up choose which kind of attack you wish to perform, there are 3 available.
Weak - this will do 50% of your Boxie's Strength in damage, it reduces your opponents Agility by 50% thus reducing the chance of the attack being dodged, it also increases your Critical hit chance by 25%.
Medium - this does 75% damage but doesn't affect any other stats.
Strong - this does 100% damage, increases your opponents chance to dodge by 50% and decreases your chance of a Critical Hit by 25%.
If you win a battle you will be awarded 20 XP, when you reach the next level all of your base stats will increase and you also will be awarded at random 1 bonus stat point either in Strength, Agility or Critical Strike.
Boxie Stats
XP - experience points, collect these by killing other Boxie's to level up
Health - the more the merrier.
Strength - the more you have the more damage you will do.
Agility - the more agile the more likely you are to dodge attacks.
Critical Strike - if you pull off a Critical Strike you will do double damage.
You receive 20 xp points for a win, and 10 for a loss.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Handicapping, when playing against a lower level player, both Boxies will use the stats of the lowest player to give you both a fighting chance of winning, however the random bonus points awarded for leveling up will still be used meaning the higher level player will still have a slight advantage over the lower player.
Another NOTE : If either of you fail to launch an attack within 60 seconds of each round the game will be canceled and no xp points granted.
Final NOTE : There are no more notes.
- Battle with friends
- Level up your Boxie
- Auto handicapping for a fair fight no matter the level
