How to match hand position.
You can adjust hand moving Shoulder size (hand go far from body if you increase)
sometime also arm length have some effects .
May be useful also act to the hand size.

To match vertically use tronco lenght.

If you have rez right, rez the stand and use the adjust button to set perfectly your pose.
If you don't have rez right, u can sit in any other pose and run the animation.
If the pose is for couple you find a Folder TRANSFER NO COPY with 1 copy of the animation that you can give to your partner.
