Fanrastic House for $L 1 !
Great House for a small parcel - especially if you want to modify. I set mine Convex Hull to reduce the land impact, & only needed to make a couple prims Non-physical to keep it usable. You can re-texture as much as you like. I considered adding a bathroom behind the entry by moving some walls & adding a door, but didn't do it yet. Compact space is cozy, but still has nice views from windows & balcony.
