Sighs, the older review was not very useful - there is really no reason to include door-scripts when selling a set of TEXTURES.
Now, this is textures, not a mesh object - and as such they are nicely done.
I'll give it four stars, mainly holding the fifth back because creator did not include a version with transparent glass in the upper section. I know, it can be done by myself in photoshop, but that is extra work for me :)
