Simple to use:
1 Wear the Feather Duster from inventory
2 After you wear it a Menu should drop from the fight hand corner of the screen.
3 Choose an option from the Menu, then appropiate animations should play.
4 Choose Ignore to close the Menu.
5 Click the Feather Duster to bring the Menu back
You can walk around and your upper body with still hold its position.

Great execution of a great idea! Love it!
The dress alone is worth the price
And it is not even mentioned, but you get the system avatar dress for free. You can recolor the duster, and the animations cannot be beat with the HUD, especially the sneeze. Perfect for my maid.
