Simple to use:
1 Wear the Hammer from inventory
2 After you wear it a Menu should drop from the fight hand corner of the screen.
3 Choose an option from the Menu, then appropiate animations should play.
4 Choose Ignore to close the Menu.
5 Click the Hammer to bring the Menu back

You can walk around and your upper body with still hold its position.
