This cottage may look small from outside, but inside it has three spacious rooms. A large living area with fireplace that easily fits a living room and dining area setup, and two bedchambers--or turn the smaller bedchamber into a roomy bath.
The fireplace gives off a warm glow and crackles like a true fire. The chimney smokes. This cottage comes in a rez faux box for easy positioning and is modifiable and copyable. (no transfer). Fireplace is copy/mod and is not linked to the cottage so it can be easily moved, copied or replaced.
Because I do not have a store inworld to display large builds, I've included photos. Furnished photos are to show dimension only. Furniture, plants and torches are not included.
No alpha walls. A Mega Prim was used for the floor. Do not try to change its size. If you do, it will shrink to 10x10. Always keep an original copy.
This is in a Rez-Faux box system. Just move the box to position the build, then remove the box.
