INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the rez-faux box in the center of your parcel, Press Save after it fully rezzes and then attach the hud by right clicking in your inventory and selecting "wear". Touching the Floor or Lights button on the HUD will control different features (Colors/Speeds/ON/OF/Rotation/Textures)

In the main club rez-faux, most items are copy-modify except for the dj booth which is no-copy. This means that once you rez the club, you can't re-rez it from that rez-faux because the DJ booth will be missing. However since the rez-faux is copy, you can rez a new copy of that and re-rez the club.
An additional copy of the DJ Booth is supplies separately from the rez-faux, and is also no-copy. Additional copies of the lights and dance floor are also supplied. These are copyable and the objects are modifiable, though understandably the scripts are no-modify.l
The hud allows you to recolor the lights to one of 5 different colors and change their behaviour (spin speed etc). It also allows you to select between 5 different textures and 3 different speeds for the floor animation, or switch it off totally.
All in all its a pretty simple (in style) build, but don't take that as a negative, its not the eye-twisting mess of some clubs, and theres plenty of space to add your own customization. If I was to be picky I'd like to see some form of method built in of getting to the upper level without flying and some form of window tint control.
All in all, not a bad deal for 10L$
