Second change
This is my second comment, deleted the first one. Now, thanks to Omari, I gained some wisdom, to solve the convex hull issue. Now the kitchen is fine, set to prim, and linked only 14 prims. The kitchen itself is now wonderful. Thanks, Omari and others for the advise. It must have been my inexperience that made me write my previous review. Again, lovely kitchen, but you have to work on it to make it fit. Compliments to the maker.
Fun To Work With, Great price !!
So I it had to be Phantom. I unlinked, textured in a nice wood and stone added features and it came out really Nice!!! Very well priced at 100L. I have sold a lot of these when my shop was open and they look great. Be Creative , work with it and you never know what you can come up with. Oh and another Builder made a really nice Kitchen out of this and it does very well.
Here's the answer
to the question of what kitchen to put in your rental units or builds. It's simple, clean looking and uncomplicated. Rez, texture or tint and forget it. It's low prim, will work with many decors and even has a cute little breakfast bar.
