Great idea... needed a revamp...
Love the design. Not sure why you applied a single wrapping for so many logs, however. I re-created the log portions in Blender with a better texture mapping. Looks amazing. :)
Pretty neat
The mesh model is pretty great, recently upgraded to have roof/floor and back logs as separate pieces. This is all great however .... the texturing is still insanely difficult , after hours of work on a single piece, finally managed to make it look good, resolution still not as good as I wish it to be though - just adding a texture and setting repeat would be a better resolution but won't work because the log ends are on same face, and would just look awkward.
Altogether, for this price, a good buy if you are willing and have the skills to put in for the texture work.
Nice model - Insane to texture.
First the nice: Its a really imaginative an nice model, to build a very nice hideout.
But then the fair critic: The texture maps: About all wooden trunks (apart from the 4 pillars) are crammed into 1 texture map with many many small pieces. Over 50 separate pieces to make 1 texture, witch the looks absolutely crap as the limit of 1024 x 1024 in SL leaves no details for so many logs.
Sadly, could have been made a lot better with using more faces for the Wood, so you can have realistic details on the logs :/
Basically, this makes the hut IMPOSSIBLE to texture good-looking :/ Cant recommend buying it.
