One sided mesh only
What the ad doesn't mention, anywhere, is that this is not a full "functional" window that has two sides. It is only meshed on one side; it is transparent on the other, so can only be used as a window in a backdrop, or you have to use two, back to back, to make one complete window.
A notecard to the creator got no reply, so probably don't rely on the customer service either.
