█ MESHWORX Disclosure & Store Policy
Our items are 100% mesh, hand crafted in a 3D program called Maya. All textures are custom and lighting/shadows baked for a very realistic look by Loz Hyde, owner and creator of MESHWORX. NO templates or prefabs are used.
We hope you appreciate the feel of realism and attention to detail in every Meshworx product created.
***We strongly advise that you some experience and knowledge of MESH, also physics and LOD***
Remember, modifying mesh differs from traditional prims or sculpted objects.
1) Texturing: You risk losing any baked lighting or shadows on a mesh piece when you change the textures. Unfortunately, we do not sell our textures or shadow maps with any items or custom projects.
2) Resizing: Due to how second life calculates mesh, resizing a mesh item could possibly increase the original prim count and could disrupt scripted animations.

good but not great for the price.
This IS a nice build, but the textures are rather wishy-washy and low detail in places. Particularly the lower level floors and metal beams. The texture maps are baked in such a way as to make changing them pretty impossible.
And there are some outright mistakes. The LOD of the windows and doors are bad and deform very quickly, even with LOD set to 4 in viewer settings. And there is a see-through gap underneath the window on the first floor.
Under normal circumstances, this would not bother me too much. But this was 3.5k L$. I expect better for that price.
YES !!!
Purchased and loved it .. a must have .. details is what I look for and got it !!!
Amazing detail and capability
This is a very highly detailed building and great options for use of all situations and types . tp and business and even a home .
Great item. I love it. Could use some improvements here and there.
The quality is really good though the textures are a bit washed out. Looks good from a distance but not close up.
I think the layout could be better but it also depends on what you need it for. The second floor is awesome. The garage/loading bay is small, but the roll up door is really good.
It has a pretty good size land impact. There are a number of features I wish I could remove to make the building lighter on the land. I resized my building so i'd have more room to work on my stuff.
The stairwell is intrusive and juts out into the second floor. The stairs going tot he third floor interrupt the patio space giving less usable space and causing the top room to be designed smaller then could be. A larger top room would be nice.
I would have zig zagged the stairs keeping them tight against the wall as to keep from interrupting the usable floor space.
The layout overall is okay.. Just okay.. But it again depends on what YOU need it for, so maybe the layout for you will be perfect.
The price is a bit steep I think for this build. However, you can make a very cool urban atylish living space and or working space or a club house, its a great build overall and I recomend checking it out in world.
This is a nice building
This is a nice building but quite honestly the price is a bit high. It's really big inside but a lot of the space is not very usable due to the layout. Overall I can't use the building but that does not mean it's not worthy of all of it's stars. If you can handle the funky layout it's a high quality building if you are willing to part with the money for it.
Pricey but w/e
You rarely see stuff for 4000K + anymore (usually just the old pre-2010 prim stuff costs that much) but that's my only gripe. Not worth losing a star for. I'll keep checking back for new stuff I could use for my sim. Very nicely done.
