MG DESIGNS RENTAL MANAGER

Simply unpack the rent box and rez it where you would like it to be. The prim is copy and modifiable, so you only need to purchase it once, and you can change texture, or remove the scripts and place them in a different prim of your choice.

The prim contains a notecard with all the options that can be changed:

1. Price to rent

2. Period (set to) Day or Week

3. Group Key (or OFF - if this is set it invites
people to a group of your choice when they rent)

4. Number of Prims available

5. Managers list - add as many as you like that will be allowed to control the rental box

The rent box also can be locked/unlocked from the menu.

If the time period is set to 'days' people can only rent 1 day at a time - this is used for auction stalls.
if the time period is set to 'weeks' then people can rent as far ahead as they want to pay for.

You can have as many managers as you want, they will all have the ability to Increase/Decrease the current rented time, evict tenants and lock/unlock the rent box.

All the settings in the config notecard can be changed, and the rent box menu allows them all to be reloaded and changed whilst it is in use, without cancelling or resetting the current rental. Not many rent boxes have this facility!
