MINIMAL - Post Apocalyptic Set Hospital Building

I mistakenly some how misread the description and thought i was buying the fatpack i wanted, which is kind of on me and my silly mistake. However this building is made to look and function so good, i decided to still go ahead and get the rest of the stuff anyways so i immediately bought the actually fatpack anyways.
