* My store features no copy Gacha items created by other residents, therefore;
* I cannot replace
* I cannot redeliver
* I cannot offer customer/product support
* I do not offer refunds under any certain terms
* Gacha items: sometimes when rezzing, a blue menu will appear. You must select "Prize" to keep the item. If you select "Points" the item will disappear, and you can't get it back. I will NOT replace the item.
I am sorry but my hands are tied in those situations.
I use the VMM (Viewer Managed Marketplace) but if you prefer to purchase this item “in world” let me know I will make arrangements for you to purchase directly in world. If I am offline please wait for me to respond to your message (IM's go to email and I respond as soon as humanly possible) and we will make arrangements for the next time I am online.
