The platform includes the following exercises and animations
-Crunches
-Squat
-Deadlift
-Clean and Jerk
-Snatch
All the animations and barbells were built by myself, trying to match the reality as close as possible:
Platform, barbells and plates dimensions and colors are based on real ones.
In the poses menu you can actually CHOOSE what amount of weight you are going to lift, the range goes from 30kg up to 370kg depending on the exercises, based on RL world records
The platform has also these rezzable props by clicking the black rubber sides:
- Squat rack 1LI
- Squat rack with plates 10LI
- 2 x empty barbell stands 1LI
- 2 x barbell stands with barbells in them 4Li
- barbell on the squat rack 1LI
The platform alone is 3LI only

Great weightlifting system
Got this set and love the realistic animations. I also like that all items are rezzed when you need them. This set looks great in my own gym.
