I really wanted this to be a nice house.
The size and low prims makes it great to fit on a 1024 easily with room for landscaping and furniture. Unfortunately...
1. As the previous commenter stated, you need to add a prim to not fall through the upstairs floors
2. The wall colors a mishmash and no way to edit the textures
3. The dark exterior is much darker that the windlight shows in the ad pic.
I'm sure that for some, these things will be okay, but unfortunately for me, it does not work.

Phantom walls and floors
Cozy design and low impact. Unfortunately, the majority of the second floor isn't solid and you will fall through it. If that was fixed, this would be an easy 5-star house.
