This tattoo is an unrigged whole mesh face piece that you have to resize and try to align to your face the mesh panel looks like it's made for an ASR anime head not an M4, thought it would only be a small mesh panel not a whole face "mask" that's mostly invisible. More effective to put a number on a prim and stick it to your cheek.
