This stairs with railings linked are only 4 prims! The stairs are three pieces 1 prim each, you can unlink them and add more stairs as you like. The railings are three pieces 1 short 1 prim, one long 1 prim, one double 2 prims.
The stairs come textured with two different textures, you can change them with your own textures.
They are full perm, 100% mesh.
